Course Overview
The programme aims to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills for learners wishing to develop their careers in management or to expand their existing skill base in their current employment. This advanced level management programme is routinely selected by employers seeking a suitable programme of study for their middle and line managers. This course is aimed at existing or mature students and those in current employment who wish to complement their work experience with a practical qualification. In particular, it offers an attractive curriculum for adult learners who may not have been involved with education or training for some time.
What are my career prospects
On successful completion of the examinations students are awarded the ICM Graduate Diploma in Management Studies and may use the designatory letters Grad. DMS after their name. Graduates will be equipped to pursue career opportunities as managers in a wide range of areas. The qualification also ensures entry to a range of other post graduate programmes.
What are the entry requirements?
Graduates of the IBAT Diploma in Supervisory Management are eligible to apply. Applicants over the age of 21 who do not hold one of the required qualifications may register for the programme provided they have been in full-time employment for a minimum of 3 years and hold a senior supervisory or managerial position.
How long is the course?
2 Years (Part Time) two evenings per week from (6.30pm – 8.30pm).
What are the course fees?
The course fees are €1850 per year.
