Here is a unique opportunity to enhance your knowledge of the “Great works of English Literature” with our home study course in some selected plays and novels that have entertained readers and audiences for generations.

Course Contents

Novel (two works chosen)

Play (two works choosen)


You will gain a real understanding of each of the author’s intentions and when you read any of these chosen novels or see a play, you will be able to enjoy them even more. Included in the plays available are Hamlet, The Importance of being Ernest, Death of a Salesman and The Plough and the Stars. Some of the novels are Wuthering Heights, Emma, Lord of the Flies and Animal Farm.
