About the Course

Frequently misunderstandings occur between  
staff and management, companies and  
customers/ suppliers. Poor company
performance occurs largely as a result of poor
communication skills. Effective communication
skills allows staff and management to increase
company performance and increase profitability.
 
Course Aims & Objectives
This course provides the foundation for clear
communication by focusing on interpersonal
skills. Once these key skills are mastered, staff
and management work more harmoniously and
communication improves across all levels of an organisation.
