Course Aims & Objectives

The aim of the course is to help you appreciate project management & its key competencies, understand the importance of the planning process, acquire techniques for estimating durations and project schedules, allocation of resources, cost management & control, risk and response strategies.

This course will introduce you to a wide range of project management tools and techniques to help you deal with increasingly complex projects. The Advanced Diploma in Project Management is awarded  by the Institute of Commercial Management and is internationally recognised, by the PMI – Project Management Institute for 72 PDU credits.

Individuals with no prior project management experience can apply. This course is open to people from any educational background and with various levels of work experience. Course Cost & Duration

The duration of the course is 20 weeks and is held in Dublin city centre once a week. The course costs 1,650euro and exam fees are 300 euro extra. Total cost is 1,950euro
