BCS are currently on our second ad campaign using JOBS.IE, following the success of our first campaign we have had no hesitation in using this method of recruitment. We have successfully hired one candidate and are currently short listing a number of quality candidates for interview for our current vacancy; this will essentially have saved the company €6000, straight on the bottom line. We had previously used the local press with no success and the agencies with hugh expense. The quality of candidates is high and specific to our requirement; I understand that this is due to a good screening process that takes place with our account manager. I had initially thought that recruitment firms were ridiculously expensive and also that I would be able to generate a good number of leads, between professional mailing lists I was on, and other network contacts.
