Tony, My experience of jobs.ie is that you can tailor your ads to your own specific requirements with excellent add-ons such as the auto-responder which portrays a more professional image to applicants. The calibre of the candidates that have applied to us through jobs.ie is very high, a requirement which as a company, D.I.D Electrical demands. The most satisfying aspect of the whole service is that I have complete control over the whole recuitment process from start to finish. GameStop initially placed two roles with jobs.ie to evaluate the quality of candidate coming through. The filtering facility meant that only relevant cv’s were emailed through to me which dramatically reduced the time I had to spend evaluating possible interview candidates. The candidates that did come through fit the criteria outlined to our account manager and were good quality candidates. Since placing the two original roles we have now signed up for an annual slot with jobs.ie and look forward to continued success working with them. Hi Tony The inexpensive no nonsense jobs.ie recruitment service while it is second to none, really surpassed all expectations this time.
