As I said to you on the phone, we posted the same ad with one of your better known online competitors at the same time: Despite their bigger marketing budget and global reach (and the higher cost!), we received nearly five times more applications from your site as opposed to theirs. I also found it very convenient and easy to change the details in our ad as it was running on Jobs.ie. This allowed us to tailor the description to try and get better responses throughout the time that the ad was running, which definitely helped sustain interest in the job.
