Finance and Accounting
This service offering relates to the outsourcing of all elements of the inhouse
Finance and Accounting function – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll
and General Ledger. We cover the entire spectrum of a clients finance functions
or we can work on individual or clustered processes as required. Our clients in
this area include Kerry Group, Irish distillers, O2, Topaz Energy, Arnotts, 4home
and Independent News and Media (for whom we run a flagship 80 person shared services
operation covering all of their finance processes, and elements of their CRM and
supply chain functions. This project has been the subject of a Gartner white paper.)
Customer Relationship Management ( CRM )
Our CRM offering relates
to telephony- enabled processes where we handle customer queries, order processing,
technical support and specialist survey work on behalf of our clients. Some of our
clients in this area include Bank of Ireland, O2, Deep Insight and CarTrawler.
Industry Specific Service Offering
Our Industry Specific service
offering relates to industry sectors where SouthWestern has a particular business
knowledge and where we have core competencies to deliver front and back office advantages
for our clients. There are currently three key sectors in which we deliver these
services ; Agriculture, Insurance and Renewable energy. The specific activities
we carry out for our clients in these areas include data capture, document management,
database management, fulfilment, claims management and customer care.Our clients
in this area include The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, Sustainable
Energy Ireland, Bord Bia and the Injuries Board.
