GTS Group Dublin GTS Group Dublin was established in Ireland as a subsidiary of Lufthansa German Airlines in October 1997. Operating primarily as an overflow call centre for Lufthansa German customers at first, the office quickly developed into a multi-lingual operation servicing Lufthansa customers in Germany, France, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, Ireland and even US and parts of Asia. Employee numbers also rose very quickly from an initial 40 consultants to more than 200 within the first two years of our operation. Global Service People Our Customer Service Consultants are part of a global Service Centre network which provides the highest standard in service to customers calling from different part of the globe.
Our lines are open 365 days a year and by operating in conjunction with the other international Service Centres we provide a 24 hour service to many all our customers .Our opening hours in Dublin are from 7:00 to 22:00 - 365 days per year and we work in shifts. A working day in our office involves selling flight tickets, making flight reservations, booking special requests, Support travel agencies, give information concerning flight schedules and provide internet support. It is this variety that makes the job even more interesting.
