1        PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

The following terms shall apply to users or jobseekers using the Website (referred to in this section as "Jobseeker(s)") to avail of promotional offers from our nominated third party traders (referred to in this section as "Nominated Traders") appearing on the Website ("Promotional Offers"). By using the Jobs.ie Deals webpage Jobseeker indicates that he/she agree to our Terms of Use (including terms specifically relating to Promotional Offers ("Promotional Offers Terms")). If Jobseeker does not agree to our Terms of Use (including these Promotional Offers Terms), he/she should refrain from using our Website.

2        How can Jobseeker take up offers?

2.1      Jobseeker may use the Website to view and purchase Promotional Offers, subject to our approval. Jobseeker must be registered with us in order to avail of the Promotional Offers and must have completed the requisite forms and provided the necessary information, as indicated on the www.jobs.ie/Deals/Register.aspx.

2.2      In order to reserve a Promotional Offer, Jobseeker will need to complete the necessary steps as indicated on the www.jobs.ie/Deals/Register.aspx, including entering their debit or credit card payment details. Once the Jobseeker has entered his/her payment details, they have authorised us to charge the cost of the Promotional Offer (as indicated on the applicable Promotional Offer www.jobs.ie/Deals/Register.aspx). We will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect Jobseeker’s personal data, such as payment details, that we hold in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.3      Subject to the entry of valid payment details and at our sole discretion, the Promotional Offer will then become capable of being redeemed with the Nominated Trader and a voucher in PDF is emailed to the Jobseeker (the "Voucher") along with the automatically generated voucher code (the "Code") (the "Purchase").

2.4      Jobseeker must be 18 years or over and resident in the Republic of Ireland to make any Purchase and Jobseeker warrants that he/she is legally entitled to Purchase a Voucher and by doing so, Jobseeker acknowledges that he/she has read and accepted the Promotional Offers Terms. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, suspend or remove without notice any Promotional Offer from time to time.

3        How can Vouchers be redeemed?

3.1      On receipt of the Voucher by Jobseeker, Jobseeker shall be entitled to redeem the Voucher direct with Nominated Trader. The products or service to be provided under applicable Voucher are subject to the Nominated Trader’s terms and conditions as set out on the applicable Promotional Offer and in accordance with the Promotional Offers Terms. It may be necessary to print the Voucher in order to redeem it. Please check with the Nominated Trader before use.

3.2      Nominated Trader is solely responsible for redeeming the Promotional Offer. Neither we nor Nominated Traders are responsible for lost, stolen or expired Vouchers. Jobseeker should treat the Voucher and the Code as if it were cash. No replacement Voucher can be issued in respect of lost or stolen Vouchers. Reproduction, resale or trade of the Voucher by Jobseeker is prohibited. The Jobseeker acknowledges that any failure by Jobseeker to redeem the Voucher within the time limited specified on the applicable Promotional Offer will not give rise to any rights of refund in respect of the Voucher.

3.3      We will use reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. However, we do not guarantee that the Vouchers will be error free and we do not accept any responsibility for the content of the Promotional Offers appearing on the Website or for the content of any linked websites.

3.4      Any correspondence or dealings Jobseeker may have with Nominated Traders are solely between Jobseeker and Nominated Traders. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY: Jobseeker agrees that we shall in no way be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising out of or in connection with Jobseeker access to or use of Promotional Offers, including, but not limited to the presence of such Nominated Trader on our Website, the Purchase of Vouchers and/or the quality of the products or services described or advertised in the Promotional Offer. Please see EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY Terms of Use.

3.5      In the event that a Voucher cannot be redeemed by virtue of Nominated Trader (being a company) having a petition presented for its winding-up or having a receiver or examiner appointed, or (being an individual) being the subject of a bankruptcy petition or order, or otherwise undergoing any analogous insolvency event on or after the date of purchase of applicable Voucher but before the applicable Voucher has been redeemed, Jobseeker shall be entitled to claim a refund of purchase monies for the applicable Voucher from us PROVIDED THAT (i) any such claim is made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of applicable Voucher; and (ii) at the time of such claim, we are in actual receipt of monies for the applicable Voucher. This Clause 3.5 states our entire liability in respect of its subject matter.

4        How can Jobseekers hear about upcoming Promotional Offers?

4.1      By registering with us, Jobseeker agrees to receive email alerts from us in respect of upcoming the Promotional Offers being offered by Nominated Traders. We will not disclose Jobseeker’s personal data to Nominated Traders for the purposes of marketing. Jobseeker may unsubscribe from receiving these emails from us at any time, either through the www.jobs.ie/Deals/Home.aspx, or by clicking the unsubscribe link on any of our emails.

4.2      We may also send Jobseekers emails in respect of Promotional Offers they have purchased and our similar products or services, which we feel may interest them. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we use the information Jobseeker provides us with.

5        Can Jobseekers cancel their Purchase?

5.1      Jobseeker may cancel his/her Purchase for a period of up to 7 working days from receipt of Voucher (the "Cooling-Off Period") PROVIDED THAT the Voucher has not already been redeemed or partially redeemed. In the event that Cooling-Off Period does not apply to an applicable Promotional Offer, the Promotional Offer shall indicate this clearly.

5.2      Jobseeker must email deals@jobs.ie before the Cooling-Off Period expires in order to cancel the Purchase.

5.3     Other than as provided at Clause 3.5, 5.1 and 5.2 above, any and all claims for refunds and/or complaints in respect of the services and/or products provided under the applicable Voucher by Nominated Trader is to be dealt with solely between Jobseeker and Nominated Trader and subject to the Nominated Trader’s terms and conditions as set out on the applicable Promotional Offer.

5.4      All express and implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law (including, but not limited to, the accuracy and completeness of information provided in the Promotional Offers, and warranties in respect of product or service to be provided by the Nominated Trader). This does not affect Jobseeker’s statutory rights. For the avoidance of doubt, any and all warranties provided by Nominated Trader in respect of the product or services provided under the applicable Voucher are as set out in the Nominated Trader's terms and conditions, as made available on the applicable Promotional Offer.

6        Termination

6.1      We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend Jobseeker’s use of the jobs.ie deals www.jobs.ie/DealTerms.html if Jobseeker commits any fraud or otherwise commits a breach of the Promotional Offers Term, or otherwise at our sole discretion.
