Daft.ie is Ireland's largest property website and the largest advertising medium in the state for residential property for sale, commercial property and residential property to let. In 2007 over €60 billion of property was sold through Daft and over €1.1 billion in rent was collected. Approximately 9 out of every 10 properties for sale in Ireland are advertised on Daft.ie.

Since Daft was founded in 1997, it has revolutionised how consumers in Ireland find property. In recent years as internet usage as exploded, people have switched from advertising property in more traditional media to advertising on Daft.ie, making online the medium of choice. They now have tens of thousands of customers in Ireland and across the world who regularly advertise with them. In Sept 2007, an independent audit by ABC Electronic confirmed that Daft.ie was Ireland's busiest website with 59 million pages being looked at each month.
