Clúid Housing Association is one of the largest housing associations in Ireland developing affordable housing solutions for low income households. The Association was registered as a company in January 1994; it is a registered charity, and a non-profit making organisation. Clúid Housing Association where listed as a Great Place to Work in the Institutes survey for 2011.

The Association is a dedicated housing organisation, which through the provision of housing aims to facilitate the creation of homes and communities where people want to live and settle in.

Clúid is managed by a team of full and part-time staff who report to a voluntary board of directors. The Board of Clúid Housing Association is ambitious to further develop its services and to remain at the forefront of housing in Ireland. The directors bring expertise in a number of fields to the Association including housing policy, housing management, research, construction, law, finance & human resources. There are three offices located at Cork, Dublin & Galway. Clúid is a dedicated housing organisation whose staff have housing related qualifications and experience.

Clúid is working across the country and in January 2012 already manage over 4,600 dwellings, 3,509 owned by Clúid. The Association will continue to develop new ways of addressing housing need and accommodating different households.
