The Atlanco Rimec Group commenced activities in the mid 90's. With a thriving construction sector and a general shortage of skilled labour, the opportunities were there for an innovative solution to this manpower shortage.

Over fifteen years later, the Atlanco Rimec Group has grown to be a leading specialist supplier of labour solutions to many of the largest European contractors with a truly pan-European reach.

The growth of the Group has all been organic with a firm belief in establishing local companies in each of the markets in which we initially source and select our workers. Our Portuguese operations was one of the earlier developments outside of the UK and Ireland but as the EU borders pushed east, so too did the Atlanco Rimec Group in an effort to ensure that our clients had multiple options open to them in terms of labour supply. We have developed additional sourcing operations in countries such as Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

As the geographic coverage of our business has increased over the past 15 years we have been able to offer many of the leading companies throughout Europe the benefits of our innovative solution, namely reliable access to labour in a professional, compliant and cost-effective manner. The flexibility inherent in our model remains a highly attractive proposition to clients in these more challenging times.
